You are hiring us to design and modify images. We will design content based on the information you provide at the start of the project. If you're not satisfied with the designs at any stage, you can request adjustments. You agree to provide all necessary information at the beginning of the project to complete it to your specifications.
We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals, but it's helpful to have a few things written down for clarification. In this agreement you won't find complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into agreeing to something that you might later regret. We do want what's best for the safety of both parties, now and in the future.
We will modify the supplied content to fit the chosen category according to your initial requests. If you made a mistake regarding the product and inform us, we will not charge you for that mistake. You will only be charged for the corrected product you wish to purchase.
If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen events or complications, we will refund any payments made to us within a reasonable time frame.
You guarantee that any thing you provide for the project are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.
Upon payment, copyright of the project content is assigned to you. You will receive a copy of all files and are responsible for storing them safely, as we are not required to keep or provide the native source files. You also retain ownership of any data you provide. You agree to allow us to display and link to completed images as part of our portfolio.
We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary.
